I have two family food blogs, one with my sisters and one with Jordan's sisters. We had St Patty's day dinner with Jordan's sister last week and she requested that I post the recipe for this Irish Soda Muffins. There are really good. Sorry I don't have any pictures.
I remember growing up my mom would always make Irish Soda bread for our St Patty's day dinner, I never took the time to find a recipe for it, but I did come across this recipe last year.
