update

What is new with my kids?

Afton

• As of Monday is has lace up shoes and can tie them.
• Has a loose tooth and very proud of it. (I ask if I can pull it and she says no)
• she has grown 1 and 1/2 inches this year.
• She has started kindergarten and loves it. She really likes taking the school bus home.
  

Paige

• She had her first bottle on Monday. (yeah!!) (I am nursing her full time)
• She has tried rice cereal a couple of times, she is not sure what to think about it, so she is very tight lip.
  
• she is sleeping in her big girl crib. (I am kind of sad to see her grow much ). The other night I heard her and Afton having a nice little conversation, it was kind of funny to hear.
• She is moving like there is no tomorrow. She is not quite crawling with here tummy off the floor, but she sure can move.

• she weights 13 lb 8 oz.

Jordan

Cindy

• I am learning on being a better cook. I am so much better that I was a year ago.
• I have been a stay at home mom for almost a year.
• I finally created and posted some stuff I make on etsy. click here to view. I have more stuff to post I just don't like the way the picture turn out.

In other news.

• Jordan's car has broken down about 3 times this summer and after spending xxx on it, hopefully it should be running good.
• My car overheated and died in the middle of an intersection. It is now fixed. The thing that was hard about not having a car, was not able to go to the grocery store and being very limited to the food you have to cook with. (I had planned on going grocery the next morning, but that didn't happen) I am very grateful for my car.
• Are house has been on the market for almost 6 months and we have 3 more months to sell it, before Jordan goes back to school full time. I pray something will work out.

Wow, We have had a busy summer. I will post so pictures with updates soon. In short Afton started Kindergarten and Paige is almost 5 months old.

Paige is now 3 1/2 weeks old. I realized this morning that I have not posted any pictures yet. As I was looking for a pictures to post I found that Jordan has taken a lot of pictures of Paige and I asleep. Cute right? Too bad I won't post them.

At Paige's 3 week appointment last week, she weights 7 lb 4 oz and is 19.5 inches long.
At birth she was 6 lb 13 oz and 19.5 inches long.
So here length has not changed, but she is growing.

My Baby

Ok so I had my baby last Thursday. She was born 6 lbs 13 oz, and 19.5 inch long. She is doing very good. We named her Paige Evelyn. Afton says that Paige is as cute as 2 black buttons.

Tennis

Jordan has been playing a lot of Tennis the last 6 months, he plays about 3 times a week. He has been doing really well. He is currently playing in a local tournament with Mixed Doubles and it looks that his team will win in this tournament and go on to play in Boise in June. So we will be taking a little trip to Boise in June! If he wins in Boise, then he will go on to play in another city(I don't remember where).

Jordan did play in another tournament in February, he played in Men singles and Men Doubles. In the Men singles he went to the finals and lost, but it was a close game. In the Men Doubles he again went to the finals and lost. But I do have to say I am very proud of him.
